Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Select the plan you want
  3. Enter payment details (Stripe secure checkout)
  4. Plan activates immediately
  5. Prorated billing for mid-cycle upgrades

Managing Your Subscription

  • View current plan in Settings or Billing page
  • Upgrade or downgrade anytime
  • Changes take effect at next billing cycle (downgrades)
  • Upgrades take effect immediately

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from the Billing page
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • All your staged images and videos remain accessible
  • You revert to Free tier limits after cancellation

Your staged images and video tours are never deleted when you cancel. They remain fully accessible under your account, subject to the storage limits of your active tier.

Invoices & Receipts

  • Invoices are generated automatically via Stripe
  • Download from the Billing page
  • Receipts sent to your email after each payment

Payment Methods

  • All major credit and debit cards accepted
  • Processed securely through Stripe
  • No payment data stored on our servers

All billing is handled by Stripe. Renderly never stores your card number or CVV. For payment disputes or refund requests, contact support from the Help Center.
