- A property acts as a container — it organizes all rooms and staged images for a single listing
- You can manage multiple properties simultaneously across different projects
Step 3: Add Rooms
- Open a property and click "Add Room" to start adding spaces
- Choose a room type: Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Dining Room, and more
- Upload high-quality photos of the empty or unfurnished room
- Minimum recommended resolution:
1920×1080— higher is better - Ensure good natural or artificial lighting — avoid dark, shadowy shots
- Shoot from corners or doorways to capture the widest possible angle
Photos should show the room as empty as possible. Furniture, clutter, or personal items in the frame reduce staging quality.
Step 4: Stage with AI

- Select a design style:
Modern,Scandinavian,Industrial,Minimalist,Luxury, and more - Optionally add a custom text prompt to specify particular furniture, color palettes, or decor details
- Click Generate — the AI will produce a fully staged image in 30 to 60 seconds
- You can generate multiple variations of the same room to compare styles
Step 5: Export & Share
- Download staged images in full high resolution directly from the room view
- Create video tours by combining staged rooms into a smooth walkthrough presentation
- Share a public link with clients — no account required on their end
- All exports retain the original room dimensions and aspect ratio
Tips for Best Results
- Use well-lit, empty room photos — natural daylight produces the best results
- Shoot from corners or doorways to capture the widest possible angle
- Higher resolution input images produce significantly sharper staged outputs
- Try multiple design styles on the same room to find the best fit for your listing
- Add a short custom prompt to guide the AI toward specific furniture or color schemes
- For consistent results across a property, shoot all rooms at the same time of day
