Properties

Properties are the foundation of your staging workflow. Each property represents a real estate listing and contains rooms that you'll stage with AI.

Creating a Property

From dashboard, click New Property
Enter property name or address
Add description (optional, helps organize)
Property appears in your projects list

Managing Rooms

Each property can have unlimited rooms
Click Add Room inside a property
Name the room (e.g., Master Bedroom, Living Room)
Upload the original empty room photo
Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP
Max file size: 10MB per image
Recommended resolution: 1920×1080 or higher

Photo Guidelines

Tips for best staging results

Shoot from a corner for the widest angle
Ensure good, even lighting (natural light preferred)
Remove personal items and clutter
Keep the camera level (no tilted shots)
Avoid extreme wide-angle distortion

Property Status

Properties have different statuses:

Processing — Room images are being analyzed

Ready — All rooms are ready for staging

Staged — At least one room has been staged

Organizing Properties

Use descriptive names (e.g., 345 Oak Street not Property 1)
You can delete properties you no longer need
Deleting a property removes all rooms and staged images

Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone. All rooms, uploaded photos, and staged images associated with that property will be removed immediately.

Sharing

Each property can generate a shareable public link
Share with clients for review
Password protection available on higher plans
